Non-Profits We Support

Bullzeye Design has created myspace layouts for 11:11AM and Diabetes Awareness Troupe. We also support our local Northeast PA Non-Profits by participating in Create-A-Thon. This year we helped the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind (Lackawanna Branch) with a logo update and a trifold brochure design!

Fairview Monument Website with CMS Goes Live

site-fairviewmon
Bullzeye Design has just completed the design and programming of Fairview Monument; our first WordPress Blog Website Design.

Fairview Monument covers on the average about 40 square miles, serving many families and different cemeteries in Lackawanna, Wayne, Pike, Monroe and Luzerne Counties. They also deliver their monuments and memorials anywhere within a 100 mile radius of their location.

Their new website uses WordPress as a content management system, allowing the capability to log in to an administrative panel online and gives them the ability to edit text, sections, and add photos and new items to their website through a very easy to use editor – no HTML or programming experience required.

I’ve worked extensively with my programming team and Mark Berger, owner of Fairview Monument, to develop this completely custom website that showcases the beauty of their product while allowing the flexibility and convenience of being able to update the website regularly without having to learn the logistics of website design.

It’s been a pleasure to work with Mark and the entire Bullzeye Design team on this project and has allowed everyone involved to gain more knowledge about content management systems on the WordPress platform and now offers Bullzeye Design the ability to extend this service to our future customers.

New Clients Means Inspiration and Innovation

Hello World,

I’m just checking in because it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything. There are lots of great things happening at Bullzeye Design. We have a few more clients to add to the Bullzeye family and I can’t wait to introduce you to them.

First, we are currently working on a website design for a jewelry company called SH Zell & Sons. The business is definitely more masculine than feminine and 47th Street, where they are located, is much more fast paced, no bullshit type of area (unless you are a tourist and don’t know who you are talking to!). The Zells are unique in that they really spend a lot of time with their clients in a casual, no pressure way. The initial website concepts are complete so look for some updates in the future regarding their official website launch!

Secondly we’ve been working with a local original band called The Five Percent with some poster designs to promote their shows in the area. We’re also planning to help with a website redesign in the near future which I, personally, cannot be more excited about! Being a fan of the music and working with a group of wonderful guys… what more can you ask for?

Lastly (for now), I’ve recently met an amazingly talented photographer from the Las Angeles area who stumbled upon Bullzeye Design and became immediately interested in working with us to develop a website along with several full screen flash galleries to display her work. Enter: HollyPhotographie.com; our newest project. So far things are going great. Get ready for some wildly creative design here! Music, animation, and breathtaking photography will unite as the minds of two talented and fearless women join forces to produce an amazing final product.

More to come in the near future – hope all is well with our friends, family, and supporters. We’d love to hear from you so don’t hesitate to drop us an email

Bullzeye Design helps 11:11 A.M. Cancer Research Project

Bullzeye Design is now supporting 11:11 A.M. by donating our time to help them with their graphic design needs. We’ll be creating several animated banners and updating their Myspace page design.

11:11 A.M. is a cause supporting Andrew McMahon, from the bands Jack’s Mannequin and Something Corporate. On June 1, 2005, he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphatic Leukemia (ALL). In support of him and those with the illness, they sell 11:11 A.M. bracelets to gather supporters as well as send donations to the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.

With Andrew being diagnosed with Acute Lymphatic Leukemia, they have created the orange bracelet “11:11 A.M.” 11:11 is a rather cliche’d excerpt taken from the Something Corporate song, Konstantine. The lyrics read, “I always catch the clock, it’s 11:11…” 11:11 is believed to be the time to make a wish, as all the numbers are 1′s. Some say it only works in the morning, because in 24 hour mode 11 PM is actually 23:00. Although we are making out wishes at 11:11 A.M, A.M. stands for Andrew McMahon, in this case.

news-1111am

ALL profits will go to Andrew’s choice charity, the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation. The cost of each bracelet is $4. They are also accepting donations to keep this charity running smoothly. You will recieve a free bracelet with donations of $10 or more. Click here to donate or purchase your 11:11 A.M. bracelet today.
